A gentle massage, performed when authorized by the doctor (as it is recommended not to have massages during the first year postpartum), helps to make tissues more flexible and reduce internal tension.
Therapies such as radiofrequency, slimming massages, acoustic waves, or procedures to improve skin firmness may be recommended. They don’t replace healthy habits, but they can help achieve better results.
